"Behind the Scence" of Our Nails

           Do you know what the body markings on our bodies? Here I will discuss the meaning of signs our body, namely the nails on our hands.

  1. The nails can grow to about 0.1 mm per day;
  2. Fingernails tend to grow slightly faster than the toe nails;
  3. Fingernails and toenails are less than two times thicker than the nails on our hands;
  4. In general, the nails tend to grow faster during summer than winter;
  5. Nails males grow faster than women's nails.

         Medical research tells us that long nails can invite disease, since millions of germs will nest underneath. our nails can be an indication of some of the diseases that we have experienced.

  1. White nails indicate liver disease, such as hepatitis;
  2. Nails are yellowish, viscous, and nails that grow slowly showed lung diseases, such as emphysema (shortness of breath);
  3. Color yellowish pink mixed in essence means there are symptoms of diabetes;
  4. Color nail half white, half pink color indicates kidney disease;
  5. More than one red nail indicate liver disease;
  6. Pale or white nails more than one indicates anemia;
  7. Nails are blistered or wavy on the surface indicates Psoriasis (a type of skin disease) or arthritis of the warming;
  8. Clubbing (hitting), or increased sense of pain in the lining around the fingers or finger signifies a reversal in lung disease;
  9. The red line on the basis of irregular nail folds indicate lupus;
  10. Dark line under the nail marks Melanoma.

Therefore, let us keep our organs, such as the nails so as not to cause disease in our lives. Keep Healthy!
